What Are Idea MindTeams®?

Internal mastermind programs are powerful tools for professional growth, connection, collaboration, and reinforcing learning and coaching initiatives. These facilitator led groups provide the perfect platform for growth-mindset individuals to share ideas, provide support, and hold each other accountable towards their goals. Members share their challenges, receive feedback, and gain valuable insights that can be applied to their work and lives. The diverse knowledge and perspectives of group members create a supportive and collaborative environment that drives innovation and growth.

Whether you seek to break through communication silos in this hybrid environment or reinforce learning initiatives so training sticks, our proprietary Idea MindTeam® platform will help. Although we can provide outside facilitators for your executive level meetings, the power in our program is that we can train your internal staff to become Certified Idea MindTeam(R) Facilitators as a component of their leadership growth and development. This becomes an asset to your organization, and we’ll continue to support them and provide learning opportunities for them.

Idea MindTeam® Platform

“When people come together, great things happen.” Idea MindTeams® support this belief and include training and tools that yield personal, professional, and organizational growth. Based on principles defined by Napoleon Hill in his book Think and Grow Rich, Idea MindTeams® are facilitated, structured forums in which group members practice interpersonal, emotional intelligence, leadership, and problem-solving skills that can make training, coaching, and learning “stick” long-term.

Instead of just one-off training that is rarely retained long-term in the workplace, the Idea MindTeam® structure puts learned competencies into real-world practice. These innovation groups can be designed and used in different ways within your organization. Organizations implement Idea MindTeams® to improve cross-functional collaboration and communication overall. This contributes to an innovative culture and actively engages your employees. Additionally, it provides a platform for training managers and developing leaders at multiple levels of your organization.

•License the Idea MindTeam® platform (includes materials resources, structure, process, tool, and support)
•Train and certify 2-to-3 identified leadership track staff as Certified Idea MindTeam® Facilitators
•Enable internal leaders to move into Idea MindTeam® facilitation and practice leadership skills
•Establish Idea MindTeams® for multiple levels of organizational hierarchy (staff, managers, executives)
•Includes 12 months of access to a Facilitator Coordinator to monitor and support Idea MindTeam® implementation

Idea MindTeam® Facilitator Certification

This is an opportunity to develop emerging leaders or further develop your learning and development professionals with master facilitation skills. This certification program creates leadership assets within your organization so you are not continually reliant on MTS-provided facilitators. Your internal leaders can apply these transferable skills beyond Idea MindTeams® to running effective meetings and teams across your organization.

Based on your needs and culture, we can provide outside facilitators. However, we prefer to train internal facilitators within your organization. Doing so provides these individuals skill sets they can practice and retain for their own growth and the company even greater assets. Teams can be created with the purpose of innovation and process and improvement groups. Additionally, we can support leadership and management training initiatives with our assessment tools, content, coaches and more as needed.
