Together, co-founders Sylvia Henderson and Josh Silverstone represent 50+ years of experience in leadership training and business development, expertise they apply toward helping companies make effective decisions and grow as organizations. With our people and partners, we strive to deliver the most impactful consulting, coaching, training and facilitating for your particular needs and goals.

Sylvia Henderson

CEO

Sylvia brings 40+ years’ experience in corporate and association leadership plus an MBA to move clients from strategy to implementation. She speaks, writes, facilitates, and consults worldwide focusing on culture, ideation, connection, action, and accountability. Cable TV hosting and LEGO Serious Play facilitation offer unique approaches to corporate solutions.

Josh Silverstone

COO

Josh spent over a decade working in sales roles across industries from the front-line sales associate to sales manager. With an extensive background in management and business development, he now advises senior leadership of companies generating more than $100M annually. Josh also helps organizations through executive coaching and developing leaders.

Jenn

Trainer and Facilitator

Jenn brings 15 years of organizational development experience to her role. Jenn graduated with honors from Northwestern University with a BA in Psychology and Sociology as well as from GW Law School. In spring 2021, Jenn returned to Northwestern to receive her certificate in “Leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion”. Jenn uses all of these skills to support leaders.

Margo

Finance

Margo is an experienced HR and finance manager having worked with companies in the Fortune 500. She has advised national marketing firms about HR policy and process. Margo currently helps us with payroll, bookkeeping, and all of the financial administration. 

Sarah

Client Experience

Sarah has worked in childcare for over 20 years. She has a knack for connecting with clients, and is responsible for communications and coordinating with their schedules.

Website and Design

Carolyn has been doing graphic design for over 20 years working on anything form design for print to web development.

As a certified trainer, Mark helps people communicate better and improve their relationships.
