Purpose Mapping

This process is designed to validate and uncover the leadership team’s vision, mission, and core values for the organization. We will facilitate this purpose mapping process with your executive team and key leadership staff. Through market research and a series of strategy sessions we will provide a “Purpose Report” with a summary of your Vision and Mission. Included will be a debrief presentation that your team can use and reference as you continue to refine your internal messaging, brand identity and brand promise.

• Vision and Mission Alignment scores that come from the survey responses sent out to the executive team.
• Draft Vision and Mission Statements for the executive team to discuss, edit and approve.
• Validated list of your top 5 Core Values and your leadership teams agreed upon definition of these values.
• Facilitation of three virtual (1.5 hour virtual) mapping sessions with the executive team to uncover or validate vision, mission, core values, strategic priorities and desired outcomes.
• Market research (10-12 hours) as needed to provide analysis for strategic recommendations.
• Provide additional notes of observations along with suggested recommendations.

Strategic Action Planning

While typical strategic planning sessions involve many hours of discussion and decisions, they result in one-inch-thick binders that sit on shelves, never to be opened again. Our program consists of facilitated implementation using our proprietary tool, the One-Page Plan©. Agree upon goals for the business as well as individual goals. Working backwards from your major priorities and initiatives, we help lay out a 30, 60, and 90 day timeline of milestones and the people involved.

We start with the big picture and then facilitate breaking it down into smaller steps while gaining buy-in and ownership over projects. We combine this to ensure your business strategy becomes executable, and is clearly visible to stakeholders on one page. This is flexible enough to adapt to an ever-changing business environment, and encourages ownership and accountability of key performance indicators.

• Full Day Consulting Session with leadership and executive team (2 Facilitators in person)
• Use MindTeam Solutions’ One-Page Plan© dashboard as baseline deliverable
• Quarterly review and update with leadership team ((3) 2 hour sessions)
• 4 sessions across a 12-month period
